I got a note complaining that an email from SN had a lot of unintelligible data. Upon looking into it I found that sys_ids were being included instead of the associated display values. Upon further investigation it turned out to be in a notification that included an additional comment. When I went into sys_journal_field, I found that sys_ids are included in the stored text. I've had the notification running for years and know that when I built it the display values were showing in the stored additional comments. Can anyone tell me what changed and short of having to write nearly impossible code to find the embedded sys_ids how can I revert things back so that the display values are included and not the sys_ids?
