Why choice is still showing though I Inactive the choice value ?

Hi Team, 

I have made choice value is inactive still the value is appearing in the "Closure Details" dropdown in the task level, what might be the issue ?

Hi @B Ashok ,

As per the screenshot, you should get Cancelled and Fulfilled option needs to display in drop down but you getting Fulfilled and Incomplete options displayed in the drop down. 

They may be client script overriding the drop down can you check client script

When RITM gets cancelled, Task closed and auto updated with Cancelled Option. Cancelled is working a expected.

Hi,

Do you see 'Cancelle' option?

Try renaming the same choice and see what it show.

Also make sure your are not testing it on Old Records where this choice was selected.

Check choices on new SC Task where Close Code is Empty or something else.

I checked in PDI it's working fine for me. Check you are modifying choice on correct dictionary & similarly checking on right record.
