So one of my project managers was surfing around the system and noticed that in email logs (sys_email) that some of the entries are showing the email body text in the body text column and some are not, all do show the HTML in the body column. I can not come up with a reasonable explanation for why this is. Does any one else have a good reason for this?

Hi James,
I believe this has to do with how the notifications are defined. Some have the email content within the message html field, others within the message text field and others within the message field. Its depends on the content-type defined for the notification.
Thanks,
Berny
