I am trying to import data from an Excel file using an import set in sn_customerservice_case.
I'm importing text into the subject and description fields in CASE, but the text that is over 100 characters long is only importing 40 characters.
What is the cause of this?
Best regards

This property is not present by default you need to add manually.
Also as mentioned in ref thread, take a look in source & target table max length.

The max length set on some import set table string fields is 40 characters. This can be changed by going to the import set>import set rows>right click on the field, configure dictionary, and then modify the max length to what you need.

Hi
Open that import set rows record. Then right click on relevant field and you will find Configure dictionary option.

Hi,Deepen shah
Thanks you, I was able to find the Configure dictionary.
But the max length of the target field was 160 and 4000.
It's not 40 characters. I still don't know why I can only import 40 characters.
