Why Flow designer in tokyo showing Waiting for Approval (null) and Request Approved (null) stage

Hello ALL

I have created a simple flow which have 4 catalog task but in stages which is showing on portal, Request Approved (null) and Waiting for Approval (null) stage is showing even though flow is completed.

Hi Ruchi1,

Have you checked "Flow Stages" on this specific flow? You should be able to set them here:

For additional details, see this product document on Flow Designer Stages: Configurate stages and add them to a flow 

If this doesn't help, can you provide additional details on how your Flow is setup?

We have the same problem. This stage messages have been appearing since the Tokyo release.

We also started to have this problem as soon as we've upgraded to Tokyo. Now support hasn't been able to help either.
