Why Flow designer in tokyo showing Waiting for Approval (null) and Request Approved (null) stage

Hello ALL

I have created a simple flow which have 4 catalog task but in stages which is showing on portal, Request Approved (null) and Waiting for Approval (null) stage is showing even though flow is completed.

To anyone still struggling with this, there's a known error article from ServiceNow:

Fix is coming on Tokyo Patch 4, apparently.

I have found a workaround for the issue. Restrict the stages which are having null values from that Angular template named: ritm_stage_icons_bar.
