Why i dont have 'End Impersonation" Option

Hi,
How can I add End Impersonation button? When I impersonate a contact (sn_customerservice.customer) user which has access only to Service Portal, i dont have End Impersonation option

Hi @Alon Grod 

 

NO, end impersonation is expected in CSM. I am doing some impersonation for my client, and once you log in or impersonate as a case user, you can only log out—you cannot end the impersonation from your side.

if you impersonate a contact then this option is not there.

It's a limitation and you need to logout OR open a new user session to continue your development.
