Getting Session Expired (401 ) for some of the users in servicenow after 5 minutes

Hi ,
In our ServiceNow instance some of the users are getting Session Expired (401) after 5 minutes.
What will be the reason behind this.
By default it should be 30 minutes.
When we checked the below properties in our instance , we see

Hi @Amrutha K V ,
Please Verify Session Timeout Settings, ensure that the glide.ui.session_timeout property is set correctly......Check if the glide.ui.polaris.experience property is enabled and consider the implications of this setting....If applicable, review the glide.ui.rotate_sessions property and adjust it as necessary....

is this happening for all users or some users?
Was this issue coming earlier and you recently upgraded?
Try increasing "glide.unauthorized.session_timeout" value
