Why Multi row variable set values not available on RITM?

!!!Need Help!!!

 

Hi,

 

I ran into weird issue. I have catalog item, in which we are using a Multi row variable set, mostly all variables are mandatory in that variable set.  When user submit a request , multi row variable set variable values are not storing in "sc_multi_row_question_answer". when I run a script its returning undefined?

 

Need your help to troubleshoot this.

Hi there,

 

Does this concern one specific Catalog Item with the Multi-Row Variable Set? Or do you experience this with all your Multi-Row Variable Sets in your instance? Or is this since recently, and it has been working before? Or is this first time you are using Multi-Row Variable Sets in your instance?

This is happening with specific catalog item, It functioned well until a few days ago.

So what changed since then? Something went to production? A Patch or Hot fix applied? Etc.?
