Why PRIORITY field is not available in Set Value Fields in Action Item : Mobile Agent App?

Hi Team,

I am trying to set "Priority" field in set value fields which I want to see on Edit incident screen on Now Mobile Agent app but surprisingly Priority field is not available for Incident table.

Where as I checked on Problem table and for Incident Task this Priority Field is available .

Please see the below screenshot for your reference

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I've tried Abhay's suggestion and thank you! Works a treat and saved me a lot of hassle for 1 field! 😄

I have this same issue but it appears the link to the solution from this thread is missing.  Can you share if this was resolved and how?

Hey sorry have been away you need to add this script to the ACL incident.priority u are editing a record in the Global application (cancel) _ Type _ Operation Admin overrides Protection policy _ Name > Created by finition quires role Sys user role Condition Up
