Hi Community,

Why is the Closed state not appearing in ServiceNow reports?

It looks like there is an issue with the state in your instance only, because I can see it correctly on my side.

 

Please check the state values mate.

you have applied filter as Sate [NOT ONE OF] Resolved/Canceled

Then how Closed will appear?

But it showing as 7 not as closed and close come after resolved, Look like state value is wrong.
