Why the same workflow is attached twice in the Change request

You can see the below screenshot of workflow where the subflow are added twice and both the workflow shows the same progress also, Please suggest.

Below is the screenshot where i have opened the above mentioned subflow activity, and i found there is no condition added into that activity.
