Why these default sc_task are created when creating a request from the service catalog item ?

Hi @PrashR ,

 

catalog task, approval are generated from workflow, flow attached to catalog item if you don't want to trigger sc_task then remove flow or workflow from catalog item and create a new and add it to catalog item.

These are coming for the flow attached to this catalog item. Please check the IITB flow attached to thsi and there you will get these details.

How can i disable them so that they will not appear in the catalog task ?

I have not added the flow to the catalog but i made the flow using catalog
