Why undefined under "Incident assigned to me" in Service Operations Workspace view?

Hi together,

when I click in the middle of my donut visualization, I´ll get a "undefined assigned to me" in my Tier1 layer of Service Operations Workspace. Does somebody know why I might to get this "undefined"?

Hi @nherm I encountered this issue and been able to fix this!

Would it be possible to share the Instance version + the Service Operations Workspace pluggins versions you are using? 

Also did you customized or change the donut configuration?

This will help me reproduce the environnement as there's been a lot modification between service now releases
