widget is not visible in catalog form

we created a widget and invoke in catalog item  form ,but not visible in form 

Please guide me

Widgets can only be added to variable type "Macro". Therefore select "Macro" as the type

Im trying to add a contextual search widget inside my catalog item however it doesn't seem to be displaying on the form. Any idea why this might be happening?

Unfortunately, I don't see a "Macro" choice (on Vancouver).   Has this changed?
