Widget Not Displaying in the CSM Portal

I placed a widget on the page using Page Designer, but it does not appear in the CSM Portal. I tried the following steps, but the widget still does not show: Set the “Visible to roles” on the widget Set the “Visible to roles” on the instance options Is there anything else I should check or any other method to make the widget display?

Setting role on Widget Instance does not affect the visibility

I tried to logout and login again now.

I looked it, but I changed the roles, but nothing has changed.

did you check in widget instance any visibility is added?

how about for admin? they are able to see ?

Hi @t-takumi ,

Did you check is that widget expecting any parameter from instance options or url parameters to show data in the widget?
If expecting, pass those parameters properly.
