widgets that incident can use

I am new to widgets, I have two requirements but I don't know what widgets I should use, please help me.
1, When an incident occurs and there are many people up with the same incident, I would like to make a well known display on the portal screen.
2、What kind of widget can display the number of pieces of incident? I want to show how many pieces of incident there are for each type of incident.
Can you provide me some ideas, thank you very much!

Yes, I would like to show these widgets on portal, the well known message mentioned in 1, I want it to show at the top of the screen. Regarding 2, I would like to have a count based on the categories of incidents, showing the number of incidents in each category.
