Will it possible to make the check box field & comments box read only in risk workspace ?

I have one requirement to make the check box and comments box read only in risk workspace under inherent assessment. How to configure ?? Any possible solution

Hi @Raviteja24 You can write an UI Policy on Inherent Assessment form to make fields ReadOnly

There are no such fields presents in inherent assessment. These came from risk assessment form even tried using UI policy & client script but it is affecting the  workspace view in classic form but not in actual workspace
