I have several cards displayed on my Guided Visual Task Board (VTB) in ServiceNow, and I want the grey detail text to show only the Substatus field. I’ve already checked the VTB view associated with the Story record and confirmed that Substatus is configured there. However, the additional grey fields appearing on the cards (such as Assignment Group, Updated By, State, etc.) are not included in the VTB view configuration.
Where else can I look to control or filter which fields appear on a Guided VTB card?
Is there a way to customize the card layout for a Guided Visual Task Board so that only Substatus is shown?
