Without ITIL user can't see the My Task field on the ESC portal

Hi Team,

 

How I can achieve the below task:- 

 

Without ITIL user can't see the My Task field on the ESC portal.

Hi @Vamsi_Y 

 

My understanding says, a user dont require ITIL role for this, a user if has approver role can see this task. Correct me if I am wrong.
