Hi Team,

 

I am trying to create a related list for Case form in CSM Workspace. I am unable to fetch the required entries in the related list the queries. Tried to use current.sys_id to get the relevant entries, but those were not getting replicated in the related list.

Created Related List Entry to fetch the metric results where metric is Quality Rate and Instance -> Task matches with the current Case SysID.

No data is coming with this filter in Workspace. But in the backend Case form, One entry is coming for the same Case.

 

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Hello @Yesh 

 

Please configure the form related list on native UI for the workspace view and add related list there.
It will reflect on the workspace.
