Words are getting underlined while hovering in ESC Portal

Hi all,

      In Esc portal during impersonation, for some user words are getting underlined while hover .

Can anyone help to find the solution. Thanks in advance

Hello @Naveenadevi S , 

-This is happing because Accessibility is enable for that user. you need to disable the Accessibility.

-To Disable Accessibility please follow following steps:

1.)Open Preference :

2) Select Accessibility and Disable the Enable accessibility in classic:

I tested this is my PDI and did not find the issue. It may be some cache issue. 

 

try

Hi there,

Don't know it immediately, though always interested in Employee Center.

Do you have any steps to reproduce? Or is this random? And what would you have fixed, always underline/neverline or just knowing where this difference in behavior comes from?

Thanks mate for the response. In my PDI i tested with 2-3 users and for all of them accessibly was Enabled and did not find the underline in text.
