Words are getting underlined while hovering in ESC Portal

Hi all,

      In Esc portal during impersonation, for some user words are getting underlined while hover . 

                                                                    Pic 1 (impersonation for person A)

Can anyone help to find the solution. Thanks in advance

It showing on the portal when we hover on the link :

But as per @NaveenadeviS912 screenshot the underline text for KA not for this widget.

For all the links on the portal, there is an underline showing. Previously I added the screenshot that's just an example.
