Work notes are not being added in the work

Hi All,

 

The work notes section is not visible along with additional comments in the workspace. It is visible in the backend classic UI in the workspace view.

What can be issue that its not added here ?

Hi @Kanika4 ,

As per your screenshot, under Compose section you already have "Additional Comments" available.

What's the question now, sorry?

Have you confirmed that work notes are available on the form design/builder for the workspace form?

Hi @Kanika4 
Please validate your form view again. I don't believe changes made in the 'Workspace' view have any impact on the SOW.
Also, check for any custom UI policies on the Change Request table with the UI type set to 'Mobile/Service Portal' that might be hiding the Work Notes section
