Work notes field yellow/gold in SOW before saving

Hi,

 

Im trying to make the work notes field yellow/gold before a ticket is saved in SOW.

i check some of the system properties which are all set to gold, and in classic UI it works fine already but now in SOW.

 

Any ideas ?

recently some members did post question for this but those properties don't work for Workspace

better to raise a case with ServiceNow

yeah i tried all those things and nothing works for SOW, so a case is probably the right choice

1)Refer: KB0715698 Change the background color of the journal fields in the activity of a form. 

Procedure


There is a property for changing the style of the Journal fields.

 

i)glide.ui.activity_stream.style.work_notes

 

Using the above properties the color of the sidebar(U16) or the entire color(U16) of the Journal fields can be changed.

Follow the below steps to make changes to these properties.

1)Navigate to sys_properties.LIST table.

2)Search for the above-mentioned properties and open.

3)In the value field, change the background color
