Work order assignment group not able to select

Hello Experts,

I am very new to the work order form, and I am encountering an error related to the assignment group. The error message states that no group matches the configured criteria. I have checked the configured criteria for the assignment field on the work order form, and it appears that there is a reference qualifier in place. This reference qualifier specifies that the group type should be "itil." I have many groups in my system that have the group type set to "itil," but the assignment group field is not displaying any groups as options.

I have attached a screenshot of the error below for your reference. Please provide guidance on resolving this issue.

This time, I have created a custom group with a group type of ITIL and defined location, covered assets, and skills for that group. However, it is still not populating. Please find attached a screenshot for your reference.
