Workday to servicenow integration requirements gathering

We are building a new portal and performing workday to servicenow integration. For this we want to conduct workshop and gather the requirements. Hence could you please suggest requirement gathering questions. 

1. Questions should be based out of user and HR creteria to audience persnolizaton

2. Surface workday approval in the portal

For each piece of information, who owns the data, where does it originate, who needs to see it, what action should they be able to perform, and how quickly does that information need to be reflected in the portal? This question can help uncover both the business requirements and integration requirements at the same time
