Can anyone shed some light on how a workflow approval group can be skipped and Approved at the same time?
The issue is when our final approval is done on a standard change it somehow goes to skipped and runs a script that shows a message "'No Approver present. Please request System Administrator to configure Approvers" which has prompted the questions as to what is wrong.
The standard change is then usable in the system but the work flow indicates it is waiting for a condition.
Note this is not the out of the box standard change work flow it was custom by our implementer so not sure how to resolve.
Here are screen shot to provide more details. Note this is the work flow from a standard change that was completed. I can also confirm that there is a valid user in the approval group because that user did an approval.

Just updating for anyone else who may have this issue. I resolved it by double clicking on the skipped branch of the group approval that was doing skipped and approved and adding a condition. Skipped branch had a blank condition and the approved branch had a condition looking for both skipped and approved.
