workflow checkout option not showing?

Hi Developers,

Is it possible to modify an existing workflow which one has been already published and checked out by another person?

Because as it is checked out by another person it is not showing me  check out option. 

Actually i have a scenario like below

We need to make some escalation matrix changes in one application

Basically for all first level escalations it would be Mr A  and for second level escalation to Mr B.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Impersonate the user and either publish their changes OR delete their checked out version.  Then it will be available to you to check out.

Hi,

Enter wf_workflow.list in application navigator > Open your workflow > You can see workflow versions at the bottom > Delete your version > Refresh and check if Check out option is available now.

Hi Ajay,

I am able to find out the workflow in workflow version and updated by person, if i delete that , will it affect to original workflow or not?
