Workflow to trigger tasks based on time schedule

How would I set up in a workflow that a task should be triggered in specific times? like every 2nd Monday of every month?

You can use Scheduled Entity Generation feature in ServiceNow to create tasks based on a specific schedule.
1. Navigate to sys_template.LIST.
2. Create a new template. Select the table name and fill the fields as per the requirement.
1. Once done with the template, Navigate to System Definition --> Scheduled Jobs.
2. Click on New --> Automatically generate something (a change, an incident, a ci, etc) from a template
3. Fill the fields and click on Save.

The workflow has several tasks, and only one of the tasks should be scheduled like that? so not like the whole workflow should be triggered at that point.
