Hello,
I am trying to make a workflow that if you click on the "critical" field is marked as true it requires an approval for the ticket to be escalated. Also since the ticket should not be escalated without this approval the "assignment group" field should be hidden for anyone on the "Service Desk" team, but once the critical field is marked and the approval has been received then the "assignment group" field should be visible and editable for them. I have 2 issues, the approval is only been send if the ticket is inserted with the critical is marked true, if the record already exists and is then updated by marking the critical field then the workflow is not sending the approval request. The second issue is that the "Assignment group" field is getting hidden but once it gets the approval it is not visible. Can someone please provide advise, thank you in advance.

Hi there,
Whats the reason for creating a workflow? You do know workflow is considered legacy and already for 7+ years in maintenance mode?
