I have a scenario, where I created new catalog item which contains 14 applications access. Every application has separate workflow. So when user raises the ITSR, it initiates approvals and once all approvals are done it goes to technical approval and after that tasks get generated.
I created a workflow where every last approval of every application i.e. before Technical Approval, goes to a Join to wait all approvals to be completed. Once completed it goes to Technical Approval. It is working fine when user fills details for all the applications.
Area where I need help is when user is not filling all the application and Technical Approval is not getting triggered. As far as I can understand is , I attached only completed node of Join to Technical Approval activity and incomplete node is not going anywhere. But if I attach the incomplete node as well to Technical Approval, it will raise multiple Technical Approvals and I need only 1 Technical Approval per ITSR and not per application.
Your help would be highly appreciated.
