Workforce Optimization: Shift Swap approval?

Hi,

I'm implementing Workforce Optimization for CSM and focusing on the scheduling component.  

Does anyone know how the approvals work for the Shift Swap?  When I do a shift swap from an agent's perspective, the record is automatically rejected by agent.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

It's handled through flow designer. Check what is happening there in the executions. There could be some misconfiguration, or maybe the requested approver is not active, or something like that?

I discovered the following:

• Shift Swap functionality
  • Roles required:  sn_shift_planning.agent, approver_user
  • Responsible flow:  Swap Request Approval Flow
  • Must be submitted 2 days before the start date
• Time Off functionality
  • Flow:  Time Off Request Flow
  • Must be submitted at least 2 days before the start date of the time off
