worknotes and comments are not showing up in the activity log

Hi,
We are also facing the similar issue. Did you find a solution for this? Even admins are not able to see comments and worknotes for that specific scope table.

Do other users of the same and different roles see the same (no worknotes/comments in activity log)?
Please add worknotes column to the incident list view, and check if worknotes are seen there.
Might be some onload client script hides these fields from formatter, or so ...
