Workplace Reservations- Unable to load and process reservable module

Suddenly today, our Reservation module has stopped working and we have no idea why.

The DATES are not showing at all and we get either the error above or

Or-

Of course there was no changes or anything done, it just stopped working and not finding any relevant search info. Anyone seen this or have any ideas?
