workspace application menu list

I have a record producer created on problem table how can I add it to workspace list menu.

@Ankur Bawiskar we can apply the condition right so it will show up the item which we need, on click it will open the record producer form.

yes but what if agents accidentally edit the record producer form i.e. short description, description etc
