Trying to figure out why I'm getting this error when trying to attach an attachment on ANY ticket using workspace.
Example:
I open Service Operations Workspace
Then I search for RITM0012345
RITM0012345 opens in the workspace.
I click on the paperclip icon and drag a <small> file onto the drag and drop window:
The screenshot above is from my PDI. My PDI works great.
On our self hosted instance, I get this error message:
Capture.jpg is 40.82K. The maximum file size is 1.00K.
Now, if I open the same RITM in the fulfillment portal, I can add the same attachment without any problems.
I checked the property com.glide.attachment.max_size and it is set to 1024, which is plenty big.
I can't find any other attachment size configs. Any suggestions?

Check this thread and it turned out to be a browser issue. Clear the cache and try to logout and login again try it.
If it does not work, try from another browser and check if attachment is working in Workspace.

Tried diff browsers and clearing the cache. Still didn't work. We are thinking we made a custom change somewhere along the line. Once we find the issue and resolve it, I'll post what we did

Thanks for the update.
If this happening in Sub-Production instances as well, try to enable debug and check session logs to see what is causing this behavior.
If you are not able to find the cause, you can log a support case with ServiceNow team and would be interested to know the cause of this issue since it is happening for only in workspace but working fine in classic UI.
