Workspace Dropdown Selection Impacting Layout

During Yokohama release testing, there was a defect identified that is currently not happening in our Washington D.C. version.  "Owner" of that selection option does not want to reduce the character count because it is working in today's version.

 

We have a select box option that is 84 characters long: "SINGLE USER ONLY - Unable to Connect to Computer, Network, Or Call Management System".

When this option is selected on the Incident record's Workspace form, it restructures the layout by moving the field to its own line and shifting all the other fields down.

I cannot find where to configure this so the form is not being shifted after that option is selected.
