Workspace form - how to display both panes on load?

Hi,

On CSM/FSM workspace I have a case form. I'd like the activity stream to be minimized always (as thin as possible) so there's more space for the actual form. Is there some configuration I can do in UI builder? It's so agents don't have to minimize the activity stream by themselves every time.

Hi @JordyZ ,

In the Details resizable panes config tab, you can set the default displayed pane.

This will make the form in the right pane the default pane showing on load.
