On selection of CI on incident form within the workspace, a modal(UI Builder modal component) window should be opened. anybody has worked on such requirement.
@pratapdalai Not understanding your question. Do you want to pop up a modal windows when info button next to the "Configuration item" is click on an incident form? Information box is already a modal windows. Do you want another windows to open beside this window?
