Need help with building a report to get workload of an agent filtered by time range

I need help in builiding a visualization/report to get the workload of agent during given period of time. This reports needs to show me the number of incidents an agent had in his queue during a period of time.

@Srikanth28 You can achieve this in two way:

1. Either create Metric definition to capture assigned to field with respect to assignment group.

2. Or create a automated PA indicator , select frequency Daily or Weekly depending on how granular you want the report. And add Assigned to as a breakdown to get a workload count per agent.
