workspace search showing results from a table which is not added in search sources?

i have created a search application and mapped it into global search for a configurable workspace ,i have entered only 3 tables and did not included change request in search sources related tables but when i search with a change number it displays me in the results.

I am inside the workspace and looking to avoid users from getting change request table related results.

In this scenario, you have the option to include the table data that is displaying unwanted information in your Search Source, and then apply specific conditions and roles to restrict its visibility.
