Workspace warning pop-up before e-mail sent

Hi team,

I have a new workspace on a custom application, and I would like to have a pop-up warning every time somebody goes to press send on an e-mail redacted from the "Compose" section.

I have seen something similar on the OOTB Incident but I can't replicate it.
