@nikitakabra Could you please be more specific about your question here. If you are referring to the Agent workspace then it can be installed using a plugin. For more information on workspace please refer to https://www.servicenow.com/products/workspaces.html?state=seamless

 

If you wish to create a workspace experience then you can do that using Creator Studio https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-application-development/page/build/creator-studio/task...

Hi @nikitakabra 

 

You can create a new WS, but what is the use case? Can't you use exiting WS? WS is not so easy to build and maintain. YOu can create it via UI builder.
