Wrong user appearing in Comments

Hi Team,

In change request form view --> Notes ---> Activities ----> when approval happens its showing wrong approver name instead of the correct approver who has approved the stage.

How can we debug it ?

Hi @Ballela Siva Te ,

It may due to delegation of the approval, Lets say for example change request is assigned  to Abel for approval,  but Fred   , his delegate approves it .

The approval related list shows it was sent to Abel , but the approval record shows Fred as the approver. This because the system tracks the original approver but logs the delegates action separately.
