In Vancouver, I try to define some "*New Static HTML" Contents Blocks in a dashboard.
I can create it.
Unfortunately the WYSIWYG editor[1] is not available, the "Static content" field is likely a "single line".
How can the WYSIWYG editor be activated/made available|?
