Hi Team,
user is trying to submit the Knowledge article, he is receving the error, this is for Known Error article.
when I check the can read and can contribute user is having both.
I have checked the system property "glide.knowman.task_kb" in this value is Differnet knowledge base value.
How to resolve this error?

glide.knowman.task_kb System Property is having a value that is OOTB Knowledge base value.
Knownerror Knowledge base value is not there, If it needs to work Do I need to add that value.
Can we add two knowledge base sys_id's in the system property.

@Sriram Pusuluri
No. The glide.knowman.task_kb system property is designed to store a single Knowledge Base sys_id, not multiple sys_id values. It does not support a comma-separated list or multiple references.

If the user has Can Read and Can Contribute, check that the Known Error article is in the correct Knowledge Base and the user has write access there. Also verify ACLs and any workflow restrictions that could be preventing submission.
