Hello everyone,

I wanted to login to my developer instance and practice but suddenly it shows that my SSL certificate has expired. Any solutions or who to contact?
I don't want to use any new instance because I have worked on this more than 40 hours and I wanna keep practicing in the same instance.

Hi @MujeebQ

Try using a different internet provider — instead of Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data once and see if the issue persists.

More and more people reporting the same. Sounds something similar to an incident in the past - Can't access to PDI

Hi All,

This is a SSL Certificate expiry of the hosted server. ServiceNow has to take some action and allow people working on PDI to continue exploring the same.
