Is serviceNow going to fix this ?Thanks & Regards,Manthira Moorthi R
Your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) displaying a "Your connection is not private" error with `NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID` indicates an expired SSL certificate, which is a server-side issue managed by ServiceNow. They are responsible for fixing this; you should report it directly to the ServiceNow Developer Program support, providing your instance name and the error details to expedite resolution.

There currently are an issue ongoing regarding certificate. As there is no communication and support available for PDIs, we just need to wait for servicenow to resolve this issue. So as other has started, please wait and check after some time.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
