Hello @Suggy  - I suggest please check this concern with your ServiceNow Account Manager as sometimes the IH Transaction are not simple as we understand there might be some rest call done using that action.

@Viraj Hudlikar I have checked that Action fully. Its an OOB action which is used to calculate the SLA's. There is no web services call at all.
